The asthma & allergy friendly™  Certification Program is a unique independent, third party certification program.The Certification Program was developed and launched in the United States by Allergy Standards Limited (ASL) in partnership with the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA).

Allergy Standards Limited (ASL) is a physician led global certification company that prepares independent standards for testing a wide range of products to determine their suitability for asthmatics and individuals with associated allergies.

The Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA), a not-for-profit organization founded in 1953, is the leading patient advocacy organization for people with asthma and allergies, and the oldest and largest asthma and allergy patient group in the world.

The asthma & allergy friendly™ Certification process utilizes an algorithm of proprietary and recognized scientific techniques to test products to the specified standards.
